Team work
We are fully aware that the complexity of the law implies that various legal aspects converge in the same matter and that it allows for different solutions. That is why we study each matter jointly and simultaneously by the different professionals from the different areas with the aim of finding the most appropriate and favourable solution for our clients. Each question is analysed from all possible angles by our experts, which is why we are used to teamwork, with a more reliable and effective result than individual work.

Eva Faustino Ribas
Law degree from the University of Barcelona. She is a member of the ICA, Il·lustre Col·legi d ’Advocats de Barcelona. Intellectual Property Specialist. Postgraduate in Digital Transformation of Organizations from BSM – UPF, Master in Mediation ICAB campus. Director of APECAT, Associació de Productors and Editors phonogràfics i videogràfics de Catalunya. Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Catalan Academy of Music. Vice-president of the Board of Directors of the Cercle de Cultura. Collaborator in publications on Intellectual Property Law. Francisco Guirao Cartagena
Law degree from the University of Barcelona. Member of the ICAB, Il·lustre Col·legi d’Advocats de Barcelona. Master in Legal Practice from ICAB. Previous professional experience of 12 years at Ernst & Young lawyers and 2 years at Deloitte lawyers as head of the Litigation Department. Languages: Spanish, Catalan, English. He has extensive experience in all types of judicial and arbitration proceedings in the civil and commercial field, in negotiating contracts in the same areas and in processes for the acquisition of companies and / or assets and Due Diligence. Publication of articles in specialized and general magazines on Unfair Competition and Civil Liability. Speaker in internal courses for Ernst & Young Lawyers on Bankruptcy Law, Liability of Administrators and Unfair Competition. Teaching activity in the UAB Postgraduate Course. Speaker at seminars of the British and American Chambers of Commerce. Head and tutor of the Practicum Esade and professor of the Master’s Degree at ISDE.
Mercè Moreno Alcalde
Law degree from the University of Barcelona. She specialized in Urban Planning and Administrative Law. She is a member of the ICAB, the Il·lustre Col·legi d ’Advocats de Barcelona. She is associate professor of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the International University of Catalonia since 2006. She Publication of articles in specialized and general magazines of the real estate sector. Previous professional experience of 16 years in Leymar & Leysters Abogados, Leymar Abogados, Aguirre Newman, Meirinho & Associados and Promo Consultors Assessors. Nikolai Tyukhay

Francisco Javier Ruiz Ruiz
Specialist in Real Estate Law and Claims (both in the field of Banking Law and those derived from Civil Liability). Graduated in Law and practicing member of the ICAB, since 2002 he has practiced as a procedural lawyer directing the defense of all kinds of legal claims. In the extrajudicial field, he advises companies and professionals in contract law, corporate law and real estate law.
Aleix Pérez Patrini
Law degree from the University of Barcelona. Member of the ICAB, Il·lustre Col·legi d’Advocats de Barcelona. Master in Business Law from the University of Barcelona. Advanced bankruptcy specialization course by the College of Entrepreneurs. Specialization course in bankruptcy mediation by Aula Learning. He currently also works as a mediator and bankruptcy administrator.

Pilar Bonet Pastor
She graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona. Postgraduate in Human Resources from EADA. Master in Legal Practice taught by the Barcelona Bar Association. Practicing collegiate at the ICAB. She works as a lawyer advising individuals and companies in the tax and accounting fields, as well as non-profit entities. Since 2012 she has been the General Secretary of the Mediterranean Diet Foundation, performing legal advisory functions, coordinating the actions carried out by the Foundation and developing the Foundation’s participation in European and international projects.
